What Happens Next

Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, Empire of Textile will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your claim,
  • Review the content in question,
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material,
  • Notify the content contributor (if applicable), and
  • Provide them an opportunity to submit a counter-notification under DMCA guidelines.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or disabled, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to a mistake.
  3. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court for your location.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original claimant files legal action within ten business days.

Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly violate copyright laws or submit infringing content may be permanently banned from using our website or related services.
